Hello! It’s me again, here to delve into Michigan Garden Photography. People who garden generally love their gardens and tend to miss them during the winter months. I have the solution! Hire me to come out and do a photography session on your gardens. Then I edit for countless hours because I tend to take a lot of pictures. And after that, you get the thumb drive so you can order prints. You can order from me, if you’d like. Or I can suggest some local and online places to get them done. My favorite idea for gardens is to buy a big calendar for your wall and fill it with your flowers or veggies. Then you get to look at them all year! Take your gardens indoors! Here are a few samples.
I never used to really care about flowers or vegetables and fruits (other than beautiful trees in bloom). Sure, they were pretty, but don’t waste your money on them because they die. Lol. I was a pessimist in the past. What has changed? Well, my friend Vivienne has the most beautiful gardens I’ve seen in a private person’s yard. She could give tours. She DOES give tours. She gave me many tours, and still does. I used to take pictures with my cellphone camera, and I found her flowers to be incredible subject matter. So many different kinds, all in different stages of development, not an ugly one in the place! Vivienne can’t garden like she used to and it’s just so sad to see, because I know how much she loves it. And it made me think. So I put together a calendar of mostly her flowers, with a few pretty ones she didn’t have that I thought she’d appreciate. I also made her a blanket with her flowers on it. There are so many products you can order, all with your own gardens on them. Enjoy them all year. You’ve earned it. Gardening is hard work! I have calendars for sale right now that could do for this year. It’s not their gardens, but gardens from all the places I’ve traveled this year. That’s a lot of places. It’s an eclectic grouping of photos from someone who loves a lot of different subject matter, and sees things a little differently, or so I’ve been told. I love to share what I see!
